Angel investor needed!

My request is really oh, so simple… I need someone to lend me $2300 dollars by tomorrow, but I’ll repay it by the end of June.  Doesn’t that sound easy, and isn’t that what Oprah and Ellen and George Soros are for?  I’ve been starting up a new business behind the scenes here, and I have a brief opportunity to buy some incredible inventory from a closed establishment for the price of 10 cents on the dollar.  I’d like to snap that up except for, heh, poverty.  So, if you know an angel investor or you know Oprah, I’ll be happy to give her my entire business plan, sign an IOU, and give her some cat litter coupons as collateral.  Call all the venture capital folks you know, and do it today!  Tomorrow, I’ll reward you with pretty pictures of Canadian wildlife and Mourning dove eggs (not the chocolate kind)

I don’t even know if anyone is still reading here, but if you are, thanks for hanging in with me.  It’s going to get better, and I’ll be back to talking about cats and kittens and the stupid things that happen when I cut down palm trees, all before you know it.  This place was classy once and it can be classy again!

  3. I had big plans to win the lottery and solve all of our problems, but apparently I bought the wrong numbers 2 weeks in a row.

  5. I’m glad someone has faith that things will work out, because frankly, this “despair” stuff is getting old.  I’ve been so depressed for the last 8 months that I barely eat anything… I don’t want to write, or read, or do yardwork, or anything… I mostly just want to cry a lot.  While I have good drugs to treat depression, it’s hard to fight depression when you’re in a situation which is, well, depressing!
