Wolf and donkey share a cage

This is a really horrible, horrible story, and I hope the attention it’s receiving will lead some “authority” to step in and put a stop to it:  Wolf befriends his dinner

  1. Why do I get the feeling that some people are trying to pass this off as a “cute” story?  This isn’t like that time this cat wandered into this bear’s enclosure at that zoo and they’ve been inseparable since.

    There’s this passage from the Bible “And the wolf will lie down with the donkey, but the donkey won’t get much sleep.”

    (Well it’s a mix of the Bible and Woody Allen)

That’s so heartbreaking.  I hope someone rescues them both really soon and feeds them something besides friends.  I can’t believe that anyone would think either of those animals needed to be locked up in a “zoo”.  Who goes to see dirty starving animals in tiny filthy cages?  I hope the story has a happy ending.
