Yet more cat photos

The “elder” cats have been feeling neglected since the young ‘uns arrived, so here are two photos to appease them and put them back in the public eye.  First, here’s Chelsea enjoying her new chair throw from Drs. Foster & Smith.  I put the throw on the chair, picked up a protesting Chelsea from the sofa and put her on the chair, and she’s been there ever since.  She was really pissed off when I lifted her off the sofa, but apparently, all is now forgiven:

Next, another classic photo of Derek.  Derek is a beautiful cat, but he just hates the camera.  He squints his eyes when he hears the camera shutter click, even if I don’t use a flash.  I did take a half-decent picture of him which I put in the photo gallery, but I couldn’t resist sharing this great example of how not to take a picture of your cat:

  1. I really like the chair throw that Chelsea is enjoying.  I could certainly use one for my Bear.  Do Drs. Foster & Smith deliver to Canada.

  2. Coll, it seems as if they do deliver to Canada, but you’d need to check with them first to figure out shipping charges.  Here’s the url to their website page where they address the international shipping question:

    The chair throw was smaller than I imagined (I was picturing a chair “cover”, rather than just a blanket to cover the seat and arms), but it’s worked out great for us.  We’re eying the larger blankets for our sofa, too.  I had originally planned to order the blue cover, but went with green because I thought it would hide the hair better.
